Most People Get Handed Responsibility Before Anyone Trains Them for It
“I’m making it up as I go.”
“I’ve never been taught how to lead.”
“I don’t have time for school.”
“A degree costs more than I can afford.”
“I’m not ministry material.”
!
You stay reactive instead of responsive when managing problems in your home or business.
!
You can’t seem to break leadership habits that hinder your capability to succeed.
!
The degree keeps sliding. It’s been “next year” for a while, and school didn’t get cheaper in the meantime.
The program
Built for people with jobs, kids and full calendars. Nothing else has to move for you to be here.
When and where
Every other Sunday, 1:15–3:15 PM. Two hours, twice a month, right after the morning service.
On campus at Christ Alive Church. In person, in a room with the same people all year.
September through April. Nine months, four subjects, one graduation.
Ages 16 and up. Recent graduates, parents, business owners, retirees — all in the same room.
SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER
Spiritual Formation
The inner life every other kind of leadership runs on.
NOVEMBER & DECEMBER
Cross-Cultural Communication
How to be understood by people who are nothing like you.
JANUARY & FEBRUARY

Leading something bigger than yourself without breaking it.
What you EXPERIENCE
Beyond a certificate, you get real leadership experience alongside an earned degree. No more graduating without experience.

Flexible Class Schedule
Every other Sunday, 1:15 to 3:15 PM. Two afternoons a month, so your job, your family and the rest of your life stay exactly where they are.

Become a Leader People Want to Follow
Nine months of formation and hands-on ministry experience alongside the same peers, equipping you to become the best leader you can be.

Stories
See what our graduates had to say.

Lisa Sebastian
Christ Alive School graduate
Christ Alive School showed me how to not only recognize my mission field, but how to evangelize the workplace as well. It’s easy to overlook the people you interact with on a regular basis, but God’s heart is for those people to know him.

Alex Harrington
Christ Alive School graduate
As a basketball coach, my athletes need me to know more than plays and drills, they need real leadership. Since being part of Christ Alive School, my leadership has excelled, and I have more confidence in how to bring the best leaders out of those I lead.

Adam McElroy
Christ Alive School graduate
My employees and clients now get a sharper version of me because of the paradigm shifts and hands-on experience I received at Christ Alive School. I no longer second guess my leadership. I know I can lead.
